Prestashop Email Templates URL Broken After Editing

Prestashop URL broken after editing the email templates, url brackets " { " and " } " are replaced by %7B and %7D. So, it should look like {http://customprestashoptemplates.blogspot.com} instead its look like %7Bhttp://customprestashoptemplates.blogspot.com%7D. This email templates problem starts with prestashop 1.6.0.11
